• Checkout time Please check out by the time stated in your confirmation email or booking details. Late checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• No smoking or recreational drugs 🚭 Smoking, vaping, and the use of recreational drugs are strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
• No pets allowed Pets are not permitted at the property. Any violation will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
• Leave the property tidy Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition before departure. Extra cleaning beyond the standard clean may be charged at $60 per hour.
• Report damages, spills or stains Please let us know about any damages, spills or stains during your stay. Guests may be responsible for repair, replacement or professional cleaning costs if required.
• Smart devices and monitoring notice The property has Amazon Alexa devices, which guests may unplug if preferred. A video doorbell is installed at the front door and records when motion is detected. A Minut decibel reader is also located outside to monitor noise levels.
• Rule violations Any breach of these house rules may result in eviction, cancellation of the reservation and associated fees.
