The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the primary suite—which features a TV, chest, and an ensuite bath with a dual vanity and walk-in shower—as well as two bedrooms with Queen beds. For additional guests, the living area includes a Queen sleeper sofa and the downstairs hallway features built-in twin bunk beds. The property also includes a convenient half bath with a pedestal-style sink upstairs.

Located in a quiet area, the property is approximately 1/2 mile from beach access via Beach Access Road #2. Please note that the property is not golf cart accessible. Guests with a 2-night minimum stay may receive a beach gear credit from Vayk Gear (must be ordered 48 hours prior to arrival).

• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book; ID is verified upon check-in.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a $95 fee per pet (limit 2 pets). This fee is collected after confirmation.
• Requirements: A Life in Paradise rental agreement is required upon booking.
• Notes: Please bring your own laundry detergent, coffee, filters, and K-cups.
