Pool Rules
- Swimming pool hours are from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday to Sunday
- Eating, smoking and/or drinking alcohol is not allowed inside the pool
- No glass containers allowed throughout the roof top area
- It is forbidden to introduce electronic equipment in the pool
- Any child under the age of 10 must enter the pool under the supervision of an adult
- The pool does not have a life buoy so the use is at the exclusive risk of each user
- It is forbidden to put essences or soap inside the pool
- If you violate any of these rules, there will be a fine of 150 USD.
• 🧺 Use of sheets and towels For your comfort, we leave cotton pads makeup removers and bath mats. We ask them to use them to avoid stains or damage on linens and towels. In case of detecting excessive dirt or irreparable damage, an additional charge will be charged at checkout for the replacement of the items.
By arrangement of the building management, it is mandatory that, at the time of booking, they send us photographs of the official identification (passport, license or INE) of all guests of legal age who will be staying in the accommodation. This information is required to schedule your access. On some occasions, the administration also requests to verify the identity of guests through a specialized link that will be sent directly to their email.
