- Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and shisha are strictly prohibited inside the unit; violations incur a AED 1,000 odor removal fee.
- Access Devices: Lost or damaged access cards or keys are subject to a AED 1,000 replacement fee.
- Additional Services: Optional paid services include mid-stay cleaning (AED 375), baby cribs (AED 250), high chairs (AED 150), extra folding beds (AED 300), and late check-out (AED 300 per hour).

🔖 Access Cards: Access cards must be returned before check-out. A 500 AED fine will be charged for each missing access card. Please send us a photo of the access cards left on the dining table, showing the corresponding numbers.
🔖 Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours to respect the neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.
🔖 Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas (if available) or smoke outside. A 1,500 AED fine will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
🔖 Cleanliness: Please ensure the apartment is kept clean and tidy during your stay. Dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. Do not leave the apartment in a messy condition upon check-out.
🔖 Pets: No pets are allowed in the apartment unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
🔖 Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Please inform us of any damage or issues as soon as possible to avoid further complications.
🔖 Energy Efficiency: Kindly ensure that all lights, appliances, and electronic devices are switched off when not in use or when leaving the apartment. This helps us maintain energy efficiency and keeps the apartment running smoothly for future guests.
