The home features a comfortable layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are designed for ease, with bedrooms flowing into one another. The main bedroom provides a double bed and an en-suite bath, while the second bedroom offers a double bed paired with an en-suite shower. The third bedroom is ideal for children, featuring 2 single beds. This configuration comfortably accommodates 6 guests.
While the property is fully self-catering, it is equipped with thoughtful touches to ensure a pleasant stay. Guests have access to the entire house, excluding the garage, the loft room, and a few locked cupboards used for personal storage. To ensure a seamless arrival, keys are provided via a secure lockbox on-site, with access instructions sent prior to your visit.

- Provided: Bed linen, bath towels, extra blankets, a braai grid, basic dish soap, initial toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, and one rechargeable light for load shedding.
To make the most of your visit, please bring your own beach towels, firewood, firelighters, additional load shedding lights, extra toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and all food, drinks, coffee, and spices. Because the local infrastructure relies on septic tank systems, we kindly ask that you use only single-ply toilet paper.

Guests are fully responsible for any breakages, damages, or losses caused by themselves or visitors. Only the permitted number of guests (including children) may stay at the property. No loud parties, 21sts, matric gatherings, or similar events are allowed. Excessive noise or rule breaches may result in immediate eviction without refund. No under-21 groups without adult supervision. Furniture may not be moved and axes are prohibited. Alarm systems must be used as instructed. Where pets are allowed, they are not permitted on furniture. Full payment must reflect before keys are released. No refunds for shortened stays and houses cannot be changed on arrival.
