Guests & Occupancy - The reservation holder must be present on-site with a valid government-issued photo ID and pass identity verification through Truvi. - Must be above the age of 23 - Your reservation must include everyone who will be on the property at any time (even if they are not staying overnight). - Max overnight occupancy: 6 guests. - No unregistered/unannounced guests allowed. If anyone not on the reservation is on the property, it will result in a $100 per guest, per night fee, and you will be required to vacate immediately (no exceptions). Visitors (Pre-Approval Required) - If you'd like to have visitors, we can allow up to 10 people total with: - $250 gathering fee - $250 refundable deposit (returned after checkout if the unit is left in good condition) - Must be approved in advance to avoid the unannounced guest penalty. Pets - No pets allowed. - Any unapproved pet will result in a $500 fee. Early Check-In / Late Checkout - Early check-in: $50 (subject to availability). - Late checkout: $50 (subject to availability). - Unauthorized late checkout is not permitted. If you stay past checkout time without approval, you may be charged for any resulting costs (including disrupted cleaning or guest refunds), and we may involve Airbnb and/or local authorities if you refuse to leave. Building & Noise - This is a quiet boutique building with shared walls — please be respectful of neighbors at all times. - Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. - A noise level monitoring device is inside to help prevent disturbances (does not record conversations). Plumbing - Flush toilet paper only. - Flushing wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or trash may result in a maintenance/plumbing fee. Smoking - No smoking anywhere on the property — indoor or outdoor. This is a shared building. - Smoking indoors will result in a $600-$1200 fee, depending on severity.
