Up to 2 pets are welcome with a pet fee of $20 per pet per stay, plus HOT taxes. Service animals are always welcome at no additional charge. Please note the cancellation policy: a 100% refund is provided if cancelled more than 1 day prior to arrival; no refunds are issued for cancellations made within 1 day of the arrival date.

This is a very mixed transitioning neighborhood: there are grad students, undergrads, and community of Bryan residents in a colorful mix of races, ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic status with multi-million dollar student high rises next door to community housing.
No mailbox access with this address. Please do not have mail sent to this address. This includes Amazon as they do not necessarily deliver to the door.
