With marine-life decor in shades of green, the open living room features plush pillows, a TV, and a sliding glass door to the balcony with outdoor seating. The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal, including spacious countertops, white cabinets and appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, and basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sit down for meals at the glass dining table, seating four, with two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, a closet, a dresser, a TV, and a sitting area. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, a tub/shower unit, and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool steps away, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas and offers a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and fishing charters.
