The interior has been recently renovated to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. The layout features 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 full bath. Guests can enjoy a full sized kitchen equipped with a coffee machine and a full table for dining. The bright living room, which captures the beautiful morning sun, is perfectly equipped for entertainment with a flat screen TV, cable, and access to Netflix, Prime, and Disney.

Step outside to a large deck featuring two Adirondack chairs, an ideal spot for quiet mornings or watching amazing sunsets. The property is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, providing access to 2 kayaks and a SUP board, along with a small shed for storing bikes, rods, and tackle. For evening relaxation, enjoy the large fire pit for s'mores and a large gas BBQ for easy outdoor cooking.

Located in a prime area for birding and fishing—rated as the #1 best fishing area in Ontario—the property is surrounded by adventure. Explore the amazing 32 km bike trail through Quebec, head out on ATV and hiking trails, or visit the beautiful quaint little towns along the river. There is excellent swimming and a boat launch located just at the end of the street. For dining, Lancaster offers a couple of exquisite restaurants for sit-down or takeout, and the cottage is conveniently situated just one hour from both Montreal and Ottawa.

• Stay Requirements: Minimum 3-night stay in the Summer (May 1st to October 31st); minimum 2-night stay during all other seasons.
