Siesta Breakers Rules and Regulations

Please park only in designated areas. Parking passes must be obtained in the office (Office Hours: M-F 9:00am - 4:30pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm). If the office is closed please pick up your parking pass on the next business day. All renters will be provided a parking pass with the dates from check-in to checkout. Additional parking is provided in front of office. All cars on the property must have a parking pass that is visible on the dash. Parking of commercial trucks, trailers, RV's, motorcycles, motor scooters or boats is not permitted. Renters may invite up to four visitors at any one time and must register them with the office and receive a car pass for the day. Visitors are permitted a one-day pass only. Renters must obtain the visitors pass and provide the make, model and license number for all guests. No occupant shall invite, in his absence, any person to use the condominium facilities. Noise: Please exercise good judgment regarding noise levels. Loud noises are not permitted. Pets: Pets are NOT permitted on or in condominium properties. All walkways must be free and clear of any obstruction according to Sarasota County Fire Code. This includes, but is not limited to bicycles, carriages, lawn and beach equipment, strollers, grocery carts, coolers or any other items restricting the free flow of traffic. Do not hang or shake rugs, clothing, towels, or other objects from the balconies. Do not throw or drop any object from the balconies or walkways. Do not feed birds or animals. No outside cooking is allowed on balcony or walkways. Garbage and Recyclables; Please tightly wrap all waste and refuse in garbage bags before it is deposited into the disposal chutes. Recyclables should be cleaned and disposed of according to the posted directions and then placed in the appropriate bin in the recyclable trash located in the center trash room of each building. Observe the Pool Rules and Regulations posted in the pool area. State of Florida law prohibits toys, floats and other pool sports equipment in the pool or pool area. Glassware is prohibited at the pool. Please do not move pool furniture from the pool area. Pool hours are from 9:00AM to 9:00PM. Tennis courts are available for unit owners, their registered guests and renters. Locked and lights have been turned off when you finish using the courts. Tennis courts are open for play from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Court time is booked on the sign-up sheet located at the office entry. Sheets will be posted by noon for the following day. Beach furniture is for the use of unit owners, their registered guests and renters of Siesta Breakers. Please be considerate of all guests and do not reserve beach chairs. Please return beach furniture to the designated area when finished using. Only motor vehicles and non-motorized bicycles can be stored in the carports. Alcoholic Beverages are not permitted in the common area of Siesta Breakers except at Association-sponsored functions.   Pool Rules and Regulations (Pool Hours 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)

1. No diving, no rough play or horsing around in pool or pool area.
2. Shower before entering pool.
3. An adult must accompany children under 12 years of age at ail times.
4. No Pets
5. Pool toys, floats, plastic boards, balls, bicycles, and flippers, etc. not permitted in pool area.
6. No drinks in glass containers or food in pool area.
7. Lounges and chairs cannot be reserved.
8. No glassware, no radios.
9. Use restrooms at pool you must have unit key.
10. When using lounge chairs, towels must be placed on them to save chairs from suntan lotion stain.
11. No hanging or playing on pool rope.
12. No ball playing in pool area.

ALL ITEMS USED – Must be put back in their place (kitchen utensils, dishes, beach toys, etc.). REFRIGERATOR – MUST BE EMPTIED. Any leftovers or unused items should be tossed out with the trash. KITCHENWARE – Dishes and utensils should be put away. Last round of dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and run before you leave.
