For those seeking deep sleep after a day in the sun, the updated bedrooms include room-darkening shades.

We welcome anyone over the age of 21 years old to book our home. Anyone that is under 21 years old must contact host prior to booking for pre-approval.
Identification must be verified by Airbnb to book. The host may request to see government-issued ID.
Per Airbnb requirements, we require travel to be booked by the person who's going to stay at the listing. Booking travel for someone else is prohibited.
Occupancy of more than guests registered at time of booking is prohibited at all times.
Extra visitors are not allowed without prior consent from hosts.
Quiet hours are from 10PM - 7AM to respect our neighbors and follow Galveston noise ordinance. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without any refund.
Please respect our neighbors’ properties and do not trespass.
A $200/day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoking is encountered after guests checks out. Smoking, cigarettes, cigars, vapes and hookahs are prohibited both inside and outside the property.
Absolutely no illegal substances.
A $100/day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of pet(s) is encountered after guests checks out.
Children must be monitored in house, on deck, on stairs and outside on property at all times and accompanied by an adult.
Do not leave any items on the beach overnight. Local laws prohibit items being left on beach, and items will be removed and not returned if left overnight. Any lost items by guest will be billed to the guest, and will be reported to Airbnb.
Rinse off sandy feet and footwear downstairs before going inside.
Do not eat food in bedrooms.
Do not rearrange indoor or outdoor furniture.
Do not leave stove, oven or outdoor grill unattended. Do not leave dryer running when not on property.
Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key.
Please be respectful of linens and towels. Makeup towels are provided to prevent staining of white towels. Unsalvageable or lost linens/towels will be charged to the guest.
Any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceed the deposit amount will be billed to the guest, and will be reported to Airbnb.
If guests do not follow rules, and causes a refund/discount to future reservations, you will be responsible for any loss of income by host.
Guests may incur an additional cleaning cost if guests do not follow house rules and/or checkout instructions. The additional charge is to provide the housekeepers compensation for additional time spent cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the property.
