The condo is designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with king beds and ceiling fans to keep you cool during your stay. One of the most standout features of this unit is the huge patio, providing an expansive outdoor space to soak in the beauty of the Sea of Cortez.

Beyond the condo, the Princesa Resort offers a great family atmosphere with lush greenery and extensive recreational facilities. You can lounge by one of the three pools, including a heated pool and two dedicated kids' pools, or visit the swim-up bar at the "E" pool. The resort is fully equipped for leisure and activity, featuring a fire pit for watching sunsets, a clubhouse with gym equipment and a ping pong table, a bocci court, and beach volleyball. For those who love to cook outdoors, there are several charcoal BBQ areas with great views. For added convenience, there is an on-site convenience store and Colin's Cantina Restaurant.

Location highlights include direct beach access with numerous palapas and lounge chairs available for a relaxing day by the water.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Resort Rules: The resort allows a maximum of 6 wristbands per unit; all guests must wear them at all times. An extra person charge applies for every guest over 4 people per person, per night. Please note that outside visitors are not permitted to use resort facilities, with the exception of Colin's Cantina.
