Soft copies of all guests' passports are required prior to arrival per Dubai regulations. This property is for residential stays only; commercial activities or events are strictly prohibited. Please return all access cards upon checkout to avoid a replacement fee of AED 500. Due to the central location, some road noise may be audible.
