This intimate retreat is configured as a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home featuring 1 bed. The sleeping quarters invite you to let your worries melt away in a queen memory foam bed, complemented by blackout curtains for deep rest. The room is thoughtfully designed with a cozy reading nook for journaling, along with a dresser, luggage rack, and coat rack for your convenience.
Inside, the main living space follows an open floor plan perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with basic spices and olive oil, while a dedicated coffee bar features Joshua Tree Coffee Company roasts with pour-over, French press, and drip options. The living area is anchored by a Sabai Design sofa made of 100% recycled materials, swivel game nook chairs, and a playful slipper chair. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a smart TV or engage in indoor activities including yoga, board games, air hockey, and ping pong. The bathroom features a waterfall shower stocked with all-natural Public Goods products, as well as toddler-friendly amenities like a baby bath and toilet seat.

If you tamper with the other two bedrooms, you will be charged the rate of our other listing and that listing's cleaning fee. » Guests must complete rental agreement per city ordinance within 24 hours of booking to complete their reservation. » You must "baby-proof" the house to your individual safety standards. » You are liable for any property damage occurring during the stay. This includes all furnishings, appliances and mechanicals. An assessment will be done within 48 hrs of check out to determine the condition of property. » You must lock all doors when exiting the property for extended durations. To lock the front door, close the door and press the Yale logo. » No parties or events and no unregistered guests or visitors. » No smoking indoors or outdoors, including marijuana and vapes. » No illegal substances. » Keep noise levels down between 9:30pm and 7am. » Be reasonably cautious, especially with your children. It’s the desert, so there are cacti, coyotes, snakes, and spiders/scorpions outside. » Be vigilant of minors 18 and under at all times, especially around the fire pit and cowboy pool. Use at your own risk. Both the fire pit and cowboy pool are not to be used between 9:30pm and 7am. Do not tamper with chlorine floaters.
Failure to abide by any of these above mentioned rules can result in a $1000 fine as well as termination of your stay immediately without refund.
PETS: Guests may bring 1 registered pet per stay. Extra fee of $75. Please let us know when you are booking so we can add the fee in (pet fee is paid for separately from your booking cost). Please review pet rules below:
- Keep your pet off the furniture/beds. Pets are not allowed in the cowboy pool/swimming pool/hot tub at any time. If fur is found on beds, furniture and/or pool, fees start at $100 for extra cleaning time.
- Keep your pet on a leash at all times outdoors.
- Do not leave your pet outdoors for extended periods of time.
- Clean up after your pet does its business.
- We do not allow pets that are not potty trained and/or are menstruating.
