For additional guests, the lounge room includes a double pull-out sofa bed.

Inside, the lounge room boasts uninterrupted ocean and river views from every window, complete with air-conditioning and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Stan, Disney+ and Prime. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A $550 security bond (via cash or bank transfer) and Photo ID are required prior to check-in. Strictly only registered guests are allowed; unapproved visitors will incur a fee of $100 per person, per day.
