Built in 1960 and fully renovated in 2021, the house sits upon the ruins of the ancient city of Kydonia. The interior is a blend of modern minimalism and traditional elements, featuring a spacious, fully air-conditioned open-plan area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A stylish dining area comfortably seats six, while the warm, earthy-toned living area includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a sofa that easily converts into a double bed. Elegant furniture, soft colors, and modern wall art enhance the welcoming atmosphere, and heaters in every room make it an ideal choice for winter stays.

Sleeping arrangements consist of 2 elegant, bright, and airy bedrooms featuring brand new mattresses and furniture, providing a total of 4 beds. The home includes 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which is en-suite. For those traveling with a small child, a baby cot is available to accommodate a total of 5 guests.
