The layout features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating 4 guests. The master bedroom is a tranquil space equipped with a warm Super King Size Bed and large windows to let in the sun. The second, cosier bedroom is equally serene, featuring two single beds and views of the garden. To ensure a restorative night's sleep, both rooms feature near-blackout curtains and are fully heated for extra warmth on brisk evenings, all prepared with fresh, luxury bed linens.
The bathroom is designed for comfort, featuring underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, and a walk-in shower, with complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided.
At the heart of the home is the sunny, spacious kitchen and lounge area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet meals with a microwave, stove, large fridge and freezer, toaster, and tea kettle, along with essential crockery, cutlery, and basic spices. Please note cleaning and linen charge is per stay. If you require an additional linen change or the apartment serviced during your stay, additional charges will apply: Treat our home with care, and our neighbours with respect. Remove all footwear when inside the house. Before checking out, ensure all kitchenware is washed up and all items returned to their original place with the kitchen surface areas being wiped down. If you are cooking in the kitchen or have used the oven, please ensure you turn on the extractor hood and ensure all food being cooked is covered, give the oven a quick wipe over immediately after use, this helps us keep it nice, shiny and new for the next person. Strictly no smoking Inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted outside the premises. If smoking, please ensure all windows/doors are kept closed so that smoke does not enter the house. Ensure used cigarettes are disposed of safely. Respect normal quiet times, our home is in a residential area, where people like you may be working shift hours. TV noise, music, and loud chatter can carry easily. Be mindful to keep any noise to a respectful level especially after 10 PM. If you intend to party, take this into town and leave it in town. Do not invite any person who is not booked or approved of by the host to stay in our home. The reservation is strictly limited to the pre-confirmed persons and specified number of guests as only. Heating system: The apartment has a number of individually controlled heat pumps located in various rooms. When these are in use please leave all doors and windows closed when these are in use. Please use these devices as required, and remember to turn them off after use. In the event, upon guest departure that the apartment is left in a poor condition and it requires additional non-standard cleaning, these charges will be passed on to the guest.
