You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Please keep the home smoke-free. The downstairs bedrooms are reserved and not available for guest use. On trash day (Mondays, or Tuesday if it's a holiday), please tie solid-colored trash bags and place them in the red bin in the driveway with the flag up - be sure to latch both sides of the bin securely, as bears in the area are attracted to unsecured waste. Before you leave, please draw the sliding door curtains using the rope to keep them secure. If you need snow plowing during your stay, contact the Chimney Hill Association.
