The house rules strictly prohibit parties and pets. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or in designated outdoor areas. Please note that a cleaning fee is included for post-stay service; mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. While starter toiletries are provided, guests should supply their own cooking condiments and additional cleaning products. Due to the city's growth, active construction may occur within the community.
