You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Please keep the home smoke-free throughout - this is an HOA requirement, and we need to maintain it for everyone's sake.
The condo units here are close together with minimal soundproofing, so we ask that you keep noise relaxed, especially in the evenings and early mornings. Your neighbors will really appreciate it.
When you park in the garage, please display your valid parking permit on your vehicle. On snow days (when more than 3 inches falls overnight), vehicles must be moved to a cleared space or off-premises by 9:30 AM to prevent ice buildup - any vehicles still in place after that time are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
There's one parking pass per unit, and the garage accommodates one standard vehicle (19 feet or less). A second space may be available for vehicles 20 feet or less, but it's not guaranteed.
Please take good care of the grey recreation access key fob - there's a $150 replacement charge if it's lost.
