🏡 GENERAL HOUSE RULES

• Check-In Review: Upon arrival, please let us know within 30 minutes if anything doesn't meet your expectations. You can always reach us afterwards too. We're here to ensure your stay is comfortable and exceptional ✨.
• 🚭 No Smoking, No Parties, No Drugs: Smoking inside the home, hosting parties, or using illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $250 fee or actual deep cleaning cost, whichever is higher.
• 🤫 Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors and community.
• 🐾 Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will result in added charges (OK HB1178 makes it a crime to misrepresent a service animal). Cleanliness and sanitation for all guests is our priority.
• Toilets: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even the "flushable" ones clog pipes), feminine products, cotton pads, or foreign items. Damage will be billed to guests.
• 🌻Yard Maintenance: Lawn service is scheduled bi-monthly. If your stay overlaps, kindly allow access for the landscapers.
• 🧼 Cleaning Expectations: Please wash dishes and cooking utensils you’ve used before checkout .
• Lost Items: We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items and cannot mail them back. Please check, double check, and check again carefully before departing. The cleaning company throws away everything that doesn't belong in the home.
• Grill Use: If you use the BBQ grill, please clean it while warm. The standard cleaning fee does not include grill maintenance.
• Smart Home Features: The home includes smart locks and a digital thermostat. Swipe on the right side to adjust the temperature. Ideal comfort range is 70–75°F. Do not set below 68F or above 75F. It will damage the HVAC machines.. Check the arrival guide.
