• Parking: One free parking pass is provided for a single vehicle in the secured parking garage
• House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited; guests hosting such events will be subject to immediate eviction without reimbursement. Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee for specialized cleaning.
