1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask tourists for the image of their identity card and/or selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. To this end, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2. Check in time after 15:00.
3. Check out time 12:00. Requests for check out after 12:00 can be granted upon prior agreement and are based on availability.
4. All passport copies for occupants must be registered with building security for submission to CID / UAE Police.
5. No unregistered guests are allowed after midnight.
6. Strictly no pets allowed.
7. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to UAE Police. Accommodation charges will not be refundable by Maison Privee in this scenario.
8. No smoking inside the property.
9. No loud music or parties with excessive noise.
10. Please dispose of garbage in the designated area only. Leaving garbage in corridors or outside apartment doors may result in fines issued by building management.
11. Please refrain from hanging clothes on any balcony railing, distorting the public view.
12. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the managing agent. The guest should inform the managing company at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation.
13. If the guest acts against any of the conditions made in this contract, the managing agent has the right to eject the guest from the premises instantly and the guest loses his / her right to the conditions of the booking / reservation.
14. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest.
15. Loss of accommodation keys and access cards will be chargeable to the guest.
16. Please note: In addition to Maison Privee policies, building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. Please refer to the building front desk/ concierge for clarification.
17. Kindly note that we do not require our Airbnb guests to pay a damage deposit, as this is fully covered by Airbnb.
