Furniture Policy All indoor furniture must remain indoors, and all outdoor furniture must stay outdoors. Indoor furniture is not to be moved, rearranged, or altered in any way. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use or relocation of furniture. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the home for all guests.
Grill Guests must clean off grates and clean out all charcoal after use. Please use black bucket provided to discard of charcoal in the black trash can. Guests will be charged a $20 cleaning fee if this is not done.
