To access the building, guests must provide complete names and photos of IDs prior to arrival and MUST present a printed Authorization Letter at the reception desk; the administration is very strict and will not allow check-in without this document. Paid parking is available beside the building entrance or at Forbeswood Heights across the street.

Additional policies include a P1,500 fee for photoshoots. Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request (P1,200 for full clean or P250 for linen refresh). Please note that as this is a major city, there is potential for noise and nearby construction on Forbestown Road.
