Whether you are visiting for leisure or business, this inviting retreat offers the perfect place to unwind after a day of fun in the sun, featuring a gorgeous private pool and a back patio perfect for enjoying the sunset.

Designed for comfort and flexibility, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom serves as a peaceful sanctuary with a king bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, stand-up shower, and dual vanity. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and access to a shared full hallway bath. For larger groups, the third bedroom is a dedicated bunk room with two full-over-twin bunk beds, also utilizing the shared hallway bath. An additional twin rollaway bed is available to maximize sleeping capacity.

Inside, the beautifully designed bathrooms boast granite countertops and clean showers. The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a beautiful meal, including a dishwasher, coffee maker/K-cup combo, microwave, toaster, and blender. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board are provided.

The outdoor area is a true highlight, boasting a fully fenced and gated private pool (heated by a heat pump to approximately 85 degrees), an outdoor shower, and pool toys. There is ample parking available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and garage.

Located in a convenient area, the property is only 10 miles from Whitecap Beach and 3 miles from major grocery stores. It is also situated very close to A&M University and the Naval Airbase.

• Minimum rental age: 24
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests ($500 fine for violations)
• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered with a $100 non-refundable fee (must be disclosed and paid prior to arrival)
• No smoking or vaping inside the property ($500 fee for smoke odor)
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Security: 3 outdoor cameras are present (front yard/driveway, backyard, and garage)
• Please note: Starter supplies for soap, trash bags, and toiletries are provided for the first night only; guests should bring additional supplies. Guests must provide their own beach and pool towels.
