Welcome:

Front Drive is open parking anywhere no underground utilities or sprinkler systems. The gates can be left open or closed but pets will need to be monitored since the front fence does not prevent them from escaping.

The front access is equipped with the ring monitor system and keypad entree that will be set to the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number at the time of check in. *Note that if you have any issue entering the house, please do not hesitate to press the center button on the ring doorbell or give us a call or text.

There are smart TV's throughout the house that will have all the current apps you will just need to bring your own logins that will terminate at the checkout time.

The house is nicely remodeled and should make for a very inviting comfortable stay however it is on a septic system and only toilet paper should be flushed.

The backyard has been equipped with a weber grill and outdoor fire pit that both have 20lb propane bottles. Please note: The first bottles are included with your stay, any additional bottles used will be an additional charge of $25.

The fire pit is equipped with an igniter and will only need to be depressed (clicking sound) while turning the control knob to the on position.

The hot tub has an easy open hard cover, and the control panel is located on the side and maintains the temperature between 80-90 degrees. please feel free to set to desirable temperature that you would like but once you have finished, please return the temperature to 85 degrees.

This is a large property, so please feel free to roam around but take caution with rough terrain, and stumps. The owners may be able to provide seasonal lake accessories like life preservers, a canoe and paddles (please ask if interested and we will try to accommodate for your stay).

Your friendly, well-behaved dog is welcome to join you on vacation for a fee of $25 and limited to 2 pets at a weight of no more than 60 pounds each. Pets that enjoy the indoors must be housebroken and well-mannered. Any damage caused by the pet will have associated costs assessed and charge back to the renter. We also ask that guests clean up their pet waste outdoors. All dogs must be socialized and non-aggressive towards humans and other dogs alike. Please note, all service pets are welcome.

Smoking (vapes included) is not allowed indoors. Violation of this rule may result in a $200 charge for cleaning and deodorizing furniture.

There are additional blankets in the living room and in the closet in the queen bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, utensils, and glasses. All we ask is that you wash the pots and pans and run a load of any dirty dishes through the dishwasher prior to check out.

The property does have a washer and dryer on site. We have provided a couple of laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets, any additional supplies needed will need to be purchased by the renter. Please be sure to clean out the lint trap after each use.

There are cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink and on the shelves in the laundry room, as well as an ironing board and iron, should they be needed during your stay.

In addition, all renter's must sign the renter's agreement prior to check-in and must be at least 21 years of age.

Lastly, please treat our home as you would want yours treated. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, so please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors during your stay.

Check Out Directions:

Prior to check out, please ensure the following items have been completed:

1. All pet waste has been picked up outside.

2. All dirty towels and sheets placed on the floor in the middle of any room.

3. All pots and pans cleaned and put away. All dirty dishes placed in the dishwasher and a washing cycle started.

4. All trash picked up and placed in the blue trash bin on the side of the house.

5. Hot tub temperature is set at 85 degrees.

6. Fire pit has been turned off.
