To maintain the harmony of the building, please note the following house rules. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are asked to observe silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Social visits must be pre-approved with ID photos and are limited to two people at a time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (maximum 4 people per day). A list of full names and passports or ID numbers is required 10 days before arrival. Only listed guests may stay overnight, and the property is for residential use only. Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden, and all condominium regulations must be respected. For stays of 15 nights or more, electricity is billed as an extra. Please be aware that excessive cleaning beyond reasonable usage may incur a charge, and late key returns after 10:00 AM may result in a charge of two nights' rent. Rule breaches may lead to security deposit penalties or eviction without refund.

- Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
- Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
- Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
- Returning the keys with delay (check-out time is up to 10h00) can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
- Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
