The home is thoughtfully designed for accessibility, featuring a spacious living room, bathroom, and hallway with ample room on either side of the beds. For added convenience and safety, the walk-in shower includes a handrail and seat.

Guest experience is centered around a bright, open-plan lounge that invites you to soak up the sunshine. This area is complemented by a full modern kitchen and laundry facilities. Step outside to a super private and lovely outdoor area, including a private patio accessible from the lounge, where you can enjoy the stunning views of the adjacent reserve by day or night.

Perfectly positioned for adventure, this cosy bungalow is nestled between Queenstown and Arrowtown. It sits on the bank of a stunning reserve adjacent to the NZ Cycle Trail along the Shotover River. Guests are only a 10-15 minute drive from both the local ski fields and the vibrant heart of downtown Queenstown.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Maximum Occupancy: 3 guests (including children). Please do not book for more than 3 guests.
• Age Requirement: Guests under 25 years old must send a request to book.
• Booking Policy: All bookings made on behalf of others must provide the names of all guests at the time of booking.
• Bedding Note: The second bed is located in the lounge. Please notify the host well in advance if this bed is required; otherwise, a $50 call-out fee applies for linen delivery. The same applies to cots and high chairs.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Parking: Two dedicated parking spaces are available outside the apartment.
