In total, the residence features 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for up to 8 guests.

Both the main house and the apartment feature their own front decks overlooking the water, offering two lovely spots for morning breakfasts, afternoon card games, and enjoying dinners of lobster rolls from the nearby Boothbay Lobster Wharf. The main house is characterized by a light-filled living room with a streaming-capable TV and a well-equipped kitchen, along with dining tables available both inside and outside on the deck. For added convenience, a private washer/dryer is located within the main house.

The adjacent apartment is similarly sunny and offers its own separate entrance, a living room with a TV, an open kitchen, and an indoor dining table, complemented by an outdoor picnic table.
