The cottage is thoughtfully designed with a beautiful blend of modern and rustic themes. The heart of the home is an open-concept living area, featuring a spacious sectional sofa that invites you to kick back and relax. For dining, the space is well-equipped with a dining table for four and a large bar with four additional stools, making it an ideal spot for gathering together. The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 spacious bedrooms, each featuring a KING bed, and one modern bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. To accommodate additional guests, a blow-up mattress and pack-n-play are also available, allowing the home to welcome up to 6 guests.

Step outside onto the back porch, which is perfectly set up for outdoor dining and lounging while overlooking the river. The porch also includes a setup for charcoal or wood chip grilling and smoking. While the wood-burning stove in the living room is currently inoperable, there is plenty of warmth and comfort throughout the home.

Located within the Riverside Acres community, developed in 2020, the property is part of a quiet neighborhood of 20 small acreage homesites just a few miles from the Lake Whitney Dam. Guests are encouraged to immerse themselves in the natural surroundings by kayaking on the river, riding bikes, or taking long, peaceful walks through the landscape. Keep an eye out for the local deer, which roam the neighborhood freely and are frequently seen eating corn in the front yard.
