Master Suite #1 includes a four-post queen sized bed, a private balcony, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom adorned with Mexican blue tile and a custom stained glass window. Master Suite #2 offers a double bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with lovely green tile, all while providing epic ocean views of the mountains and city.
Living spaces are designed for relaxation and connection. The dining area features a large round table under a bold chandelier, perfect for romantic meals. In the living room, a large sofa and two extra-large loveseats face the window, creating an ideal spot to watch evening fireworks. A private outdoor terrace with tropical plants, a lounge chair, and a gas grill extends the living space outdoors.

For the safety and security of our guests, building condo owners, and their guests, we do not allow our guests to bring anyone back to the condo that is not part of the party that is staying in the condo.
Electricity is expensive in Mexico, so please be cautious of usage. When leaving the condo, please ensure the AC is turned off. If the AC is found to have run the entire length of your stay, additional fees may apply.
The Primary renting guest must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted, and additional fees do apply for pets. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the Guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the gates of the complex at any time. This includes the condo’s balcony, pool area, entryway, and stairwell. If need be, please smoke outside of the gates of the building by the parked cars and dispose of any cigarettes properly. Should we hear that this rule is not being followed, we will kindly send one reminder. A second reminder will be followed by an eviction. A $250 smoking fee may be accessed for cleaning.
Cleaning: We will clean and inspect the house after your departure. We ask that you help our cleaning crew as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, washing any used dishes, and taking out the trash are expected of guests. We ask that you take care when cleaning what guests use and return items to where they were found. If unsure of where they go, please just wash them and leave them on the counter.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest.
- Before checkout
Please place all wet towels by the washing machine. If you wish to be helpful starting a load of laundry would be greatly appreciated especially the towels.
Before leaving we encourage you to check you have packed all of your valuables and passport and have not left any jewelry or personal affects behind.
