- Seasonally, (generally May - November) bears are active! Do not leave any food or scented items in your vehicles. We cannot be responsible for vehicle damage due to bears and other wildlife.
- Before checkout
- Parking pass(es) left inside the property. $50 replacement fee for lost pass.
- Dishwasher w/ remaining dishes started on a run cycle.
- Notify host of any damages, and/or maintenance needs (please take pictures and send to us).
- If housekeeping arrives at checkout time and are turned away due to delay (without prior authorization) - $125 late check-out fee. *Log out of any streaming accounts.
