Practical Information: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that the condo is located on the second floor with a private exterior entrance. While there is parking for one vehicle at the front of the complex, additional vehicles or trailers must be parked in city lots off-site. There is no pool on the property; any pool shown in aerial photos belongs to a neighboring complex. The ground floor is currently unoccupied due to ongoing HOA repairs following hurricane damage.

If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more. -Please don’t rearrange the furniture. -Please do your dishes. -No illegal substances allowed on premises.

- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
