Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside. If smoking outside, please ensure doors are closed before and during. If evidence of smoking is found in the home, guests will be charged $500 for air remediation.

No unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins. Unauthorized late checkout that results in the delay of our cleaning company will result in a $100 fee.

This is an Airbnb in a residential community, not a hotel, and this is also my home. Please be respectful of the property and keep it reasonably clean before you leave. Broken, damaged, stained, or missing items will result in additional charges.
FLORIDA IS TROPICAL : This property is in a tropical setting. Per our elements we must let guests know somethings can't always be controlled due to Mother Nature. Our home is always well maintained and pre-treated consistently for pests and insects as any home is in Florida. However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead ( a good sign the place is treated). If harmless insects that will not cause you harm freak you out in the least do not stay at this property. We will not issue a refund for a dead or live occasional bug. It's Florida and unfortunately it's just how it is. If you happen to see a bug just let us know and we can spray for you. We do not foresee this being an issue during your stay though, but we must mention it just in case. Our properties are our babies and well taken care of.
