For additional flexibility, the living area includes a comfortable sofa bed. Every room and the open-plan living and dining area are fully air-conditioned with mini-split units to ensure year-round comfort.
One of the most extraordinary features of the property is the inclusion of two heated pools with hydromassage features. One is located on the ground level alongside a grill area for outdoor relaxation, while the other is perched on the rooftop terrace, providing panoramic views of Banderas Bay. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large island, electric stove, oven, microwave, and an oversized refrigerator, making it ideal for group stays.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the Tamarán Beach Club (B Nayar), which offers pools, lounge chairs, and sports courts for paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis, as well as an open-air restaurant. Free daily access is provided for up to 8 adults. Please note that the beach club is operated by a third party and is currently undergoing a small construction project.
Located in a premier residential development with 24/7 gated security, the villa is within walking distance of the Seafood Market and Marina Riviera Nayarit, where guests can book boat charters for whale watching or fishing. The property is conveniently situated between Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, with the vibrant town of Sayulita just 20 minutes away.
