The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king size bed and breathtaking views, a second double bedroom, and a third bedroom equipped with bunk beds and a pull-out bed to sleep three. Both primary bedrooms benefit from built-in storage for your convenience.

Spread across the first and second floors, the newly renovated interior boasts a huge open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The slick modern kitchen is fully equipped for a home-from-home experience. For entertainment, the living area features a large comfy sofa and an 80-inch TV for Netflix marathons, while the dining table transforms into a fantastic pool table and ping pong surface. Large patio doors lead to a balcony with additional seating, the perfect spot for evening drinks while watching the sunset.

Located on Hayling Island, you are just minutes away from the island's best bars and restaurants, including the Inn on the Beach. Guests can enjoy European Blue Flag beaches, the World War II Heritage Trail, or take the nearby miniature railway to the funfair. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To ensure a pleasant stay, please note that smoking inside is strictly prohibited (£100 fine) and unauthorized early arrivals or late departures will incur a £50 fine. Unauthorized pets will result in a £150 charge. Travel cots and high chairs are available for £20 each (linens not included).
