Pets welcome with fee of $40 per pet, and guest is responsible for cleaning up after pet. No mail or parcels can be delivered to the property during your stay. Smoking inside or tampering with cameras or Wi-Fi will result in a fee up to $500. Card processing fee is non-refundable for cancelled stays. Lost & Found items will be held for 7 days after checkout. Previous guests do not have permitted access to the property without a current reservation. Any stay beyond the scheduled check-in or check-out time (including approved late check-outs) will incur a $50 per hour overstay fee.
