Swimming Pool Usage: Pool access is limited to the registered number of guests only. For one-bedroom units, a maximum of 2 guests are allowed. Additional guests, if permitted, will be chargeable.
No smoking inside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3,500 for professional odor removal, AC duct cleaning, furniture cleaning, and sanitation.
