The sleeping arrangements are located upstairs, featuring a king suite with an ensuite bathroom and a twin sofa bed, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bed plus an additional twin, and a twin bedroom. A second full bathroom serves the upper level, and a pack ’n play is available upon request.
Inside, the home is bright, open, and welcoming. The chef’s kitchen—complete with premium appliances, a spacious island, and a walk-in pantry—flows naturally into the dining and living areas, ensuring no one is left out of the conversation. For entertainment, the home is built-in for fun with a dedicated arcade room featuring classic machines, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, a poker room/lounge for evening games, and a game room stocked with puzzles, board games, and chess. Condition of the Home: We expect the home to be left in the same condition as when you arrived – no damage, no missing items, and no excessive mess. Please do not move the furniture. If you must, ensure it is returned to its original place before you leave, as our cleaning staff may not be able to move it back safely.
Photo ID: A valid government-issued photo ID must be submitted before check-in. This helps us ensure the safety of our home, other guests, and staff.
No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violations can result in forfeiture of your damage deposit and/or immediate removal without a refund. Gatherings with friends and family are encouraged, but please adhere to the house rules.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. During these times, please minimize noise, keep music low, and avoid loud conversations, especially if there are units below you.
Occupancy Limit: The occupancy limit noted on our listing must not be exceeded by either visitors or overnight guests.
No Smoking: Smoking of cigarettes, cannabis, or use of hookahs is not permitted. Vaping is allowed only outside the home.
Footwear: To reduce wear and tear, please remove your footwear while inside the home.
Makeup and Hygiene: To minimize waste and staining, please use the gray face cloths provided for makeup removal and hygiene routines. Charges apply for ruined items ($10 per item and $50 for duvets or duvet covers).
Checkout: Checkout is by 11 am. Ensure you are checked out by this time as our cleaners will arrive at 11:15 am. Late checkouts may incur a $50 fee. Before leaving, please close and lock all windows and doors, and set thermostats to room temperature. Our housekeeping team will handle the rest.
Responsibility for Damages: If any house rules are violated and a future guest's stay is impacted, you will be responsible for covering any costs incurred by the host.
