Guests are required to sign a Rental Guest Code of Conduct and must complete the departure checklist and garbage disposal. Water is supplied via a well; while assessed as safe, bottled water is recommended for drinking and ice-making. A valid STR license (#STR-2025-212) limits the property to a maximum of 8 guests at any given time.
