Welcome to LM Manor, a stunning 5-bedroom luxury estate in the heart of Lower Mitcham. This expansive estate is configured with 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels: the upstairs master suite serves as a sanctuary of luxury with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and private ensuite. Three additional upstairs bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and ceiling fans. On the ground floor, the fifth bedroom offers a king-size bed that can be split into two singles upon request. For extra guests, a dedicated sitting room provides a comfortable double-size pull-out sofa.

The home is defined by its multiple entertainment spaces. Cinematic indulgence awaits in the movie room, featuring a 77” OLED Sony Bravia 8 TV and Bose surround sound. Upstairs, a formal lounge retreat offers a relaxing atmosphere with a 65” Samsung Frame TV. The open-plan dining and kitchen area exudes elegance, centering around an 8-seater table and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with top-tier appliances, including an induction cooktop and Nespresso pod machine. For pre-dinner drinks, the bar and sitting room provides a refined space overlooking the pool area.

Step outside to a breathtaking outdoor oasis. The pool area is complemented by two large shade umbrellas and a dedicated outdoor shower and toilet. Practical details include ducted air conditioning upstairs and split-system units in downstairs rooms. Guests have access to the entire home, excluding the garage. Please note that the pool and spa are not heated, and the spa does not have jets.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Prior to arrival, guests will receive a boarding pass and must select between a refundable damage deposit or a deposit waiver.
