• Age Requirement: The renting party must be 28 years of age or older, unless parents or guardians are present for the entirety of the stay.
• Occupancy: Maximum of 14 guests; no day visitors allowed.
• Parking: Maximum of 3 cars in designated spots; towing is enforced by a third party.
• Policies: A signed rental agreement via DocuSign and full payment are required prior to receiving check-in details.
• Restrictions: No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events.
• Long-term stays: For stays over 28 days, a maximum of 1 guest per bedroom is allowed. Monthly stays during winter (Jan-March) must be booked from the 1st to the 1st.

To help maintain a quick four-hour turnover for arriving guests, we kindly ask that you remove all trash, run the dishwasher, and place used linens and towels in a pile before departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessively dirty units.
