The spacious living room features a 50-inch smart television, perfect for family movie nights and relaxation.

Key amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, and all cooking essentials, plus a private backyard that's fully fenced for safety and privacy. Enjoy outdoor dining with the BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, while staying connected with complimentary WiFi throughout the property. Family-friendly touches include a Pack 'n Play travel crib and high chair for little ones. The home features air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, and convenient keypad entry for seamless self check-in.

Guests enjoy access to the entire house with free parking on premises. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with checkout at 11:00 AM. Please note there's an additional guest fee of $20 per person per night after 4 guests, and we kindly ask that you remove shoes while inside the home. A strict no illegal drugs policy is enforced, including marijuana, with immediate cancellation and no refund for violations.
