• Damage Protection: Required for all stays. For 1-night stays, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For 2+ nights, guests may choose the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).
• Supplies: This is a self-catering home; starter supplies are provided but not refilled during the stay.
• Resort Access: Complimentary access to select community pools, spas, and fitness centers (e.g., Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Pointe) is available via an RFID card. RFID cards cost $15 each and expire after 3 days. Please note that this does not include access to the Reunion water park.
