• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (In-person check-in required at the office)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum 2 cars allowed in the driveway; no street parking permitted
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be at least 21 years old
• ID: State Identification or Driver's License copy required upon booking
• Pets: Dogs allowed with a $40+taxes fee per pet
• Policies: No parties, no smoking inside (fee applies), and no loud music
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM (Hot tub use is limited to 8 AM - 10 PM per city ordinance)
• Trash: Guests must remove all trash to public sites upon departure
• Additional Fees: $50/hour charge for unauthorized late check-outs; $25 fee per bag of trash left behind; $25 fee for unwashed dishes
