Sleeping arrangements are designed for both luxury and play. The home features 9 bedrooms and 14 beds across 5.5 bathrooms. Five adult retreats feature king beds, including specially themed Mandalorian and EPCOT-inspired rooms. The four imaginative children's rooms include a Minions room with three full-over-full bunk beds and a slide, a Moana room with custom boat-style beds, a Star Wars room with two full-over-full bunk beds, and a Batman room with two separate full beds.

Shared spaces are just as magical. The downstairs great room features Fantasia-inspired details and a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee makers. For entertainment, challenge your group to pool or foosball in the Donkey Kong game room, explore the Toy Story play nook tucked beneath the stairs, or relax in the upstairs Harry Potter theater lounge complete with a large TV and sectional seating.

Step outside to a private screened pool and a Little Mermaid-inspired covered patio, where you can enjoy an outdoor meal or watch the patio TV. The pool system includes a connected spillover spa for ultimate relaxation.
