The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed: two large bedrooms each feature two double beds and ensuite bathrooms, while the ninth guest enjoys a separate, private bedroom located in the yard with its own WC and shower extension. Throughout the home, you'll find comfortable bamboo-style beds and AC in all bedrooms and living areas.

Built in 2014 and renovated in July 2024 with new furniture, the home blends modern style with traditional charm. The ground floor offers a cozy living room with a 50-inch TV and Netflix, a stylish dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor houses a second ensuite bedroom with a bathtub and a beautiful view of the neighborhood. Outside, the secluded yard serves as a peaceful sanctuary, featuring a large dining table under a bougainvillea tree—perfect for families or groups to relax together.

Please note that Plaka is a protected area with restricted vehicle access; the villa is accessible via 13 stairs from Vyronos Street. Parking is challenging in the area, and nearby private facilities are recommended.
