The layout features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double if preferred. For your comfort, both rooms include wardrobes, shutters for shade, and brand-new air conditioning installed in 2024. One bedroom enjoys the convenience of an attached ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The master bathroom is located upstairs with a combined bath and shower, while an additional toilet and sink are available downstairs for guests.

The heart of the home is an open-plan living room and kitchen, an ideal space for families to mingle. The living area is equipped with a TV featuring Netflix for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, providing all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor living is a highlight of Minas Villa. Guests can take full advantage of the great size pool and large outside area, complete with a built-in BBQ, dedicated shade areas, and plenty of sunbeds and seating for relaxation. The villa is located within a complex with secure gated access via a key pad and includes a private drive for those hiring a car.

Located in a prime spot, the property is within walking distance to the beautiful Sirena Bay beach and is close to the amenities of Pernera.
