This unique retreat is designed for comfort and adventure, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 beds with 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The upstairs layout includes a bedroom with a queen bed and sliding doors that open to a sunshine deck, as well as a distinctive crows nest bedroom accessible by ladder, also featuring a queen bed. Between these rooms, guests will find a comfortable living area equipped with a Roku TV, a wood burning stove, and a twin size fold down lounger.

The first floor is thoughtfully appointed with a full-size kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a sitting area centered around an indoor atrium. For ultimate relaxation, the laundry room houses an infra-red sauna. The home also features a half bath and outdoor showers for a refreshing rinse after a day of exploration.

Kasa Casa is situated on a working ranch that serves as a wildlife sanctuary, meaning your stay supports young farmers and Texas land conservation. The property offers an abundance of outdoor activities, including:

• Over 20 miles of hiking and horseback riding trails
• A brand-new 9-hole disc golf course called Warbler Trails
• A seasonal You Pick 'Em Flower Garden
• Access to the on-site Farm Store for handmade ranch goods
• Interaction with friendly goats and pigs

Located at the top of the Texas Hill Country and sharing a fence line with the Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, guests may spot giraffes, Red Deer, and Aoudad. Be mindful that livestock, including cattle, chickens, and the guard donkey Zoey, roam the grounds. While the ranch dogs are friendly, guests are asked not to approach the cattle or chickens. As this is a natural habitat, native wildlife including deer, armadillos, and occasionally rattlesnakes or copperheads may be present; please contact the host for safe removal if spotted near the house.
